All Party Packages Include:

• Required: Drop off party supples early, we set up for you!

• Two party attendants set up your pre-assembled party items, prompt you through your agenda, serve the children and do all the cleaning!

• Tables & chairs. In addition to the set up of 30 kid tables and chairs, you get 2 six foot tables that come together as one large food table (dessert and food are on that table), one 4 foot gift table and one square table for your party favors. We do not offer additional tables for adults to sit and eat. Each party has 16 adult chairs out and we do have more in the back if needed.

• We do not provide any food or decorations. You bring any/everything you'll need to facilitate and serve your guest. We'll need (8 standard rectangle tablecloths to cover the tables we provide you). There is no additional fee to bring your own decorations, it is required, unless you are paying additional for us to do them.

• Complementary: Open play pass for birthday child, group photo option, parachute game option.​​​​

• Parents and guardians are required to supervise their children at all times and physically be on the play floor with them.

PRIVATE PARTY REMINDERS:

• Remind your guest to wear/bring socks (any sock is sufficient) and we do  have them for sale.

  • All guest (children and adults) have to have a current waiver on file. Waivers are good for one calendar year and can be filled out at any point prior to the party. The waivers are found on this website's drop down menu bar under "waiver/open play".

  • Provide these parking instructions to ALL of your guest and any company delivering anything. Exclusively park in Lot B, look up, you'll see the Friendly's restaurant and Carters. Walk up, do not pass Friendly's, make an IMMEDIATE right, and Stay & Play is a few stores down on the right side.

  • DECORATION DROP OFF- All parties only have 20 minutes prior to their party to arrive. To compensate that being a short amount of time, we ask that you drop off all of your non perishable party items the week of your party.  You have the entire week Monday-Friday 10:30am-5:30pm. You do not need to provide notice about when you are dropping off so long as it is within the hours stated above. Please be aware that we DO NOT ASSEMBLE decorations, and that your child's name (not your name, not your last name) exclusively the child's name needs to be in large print all over any items you bring us. In addition please write out any specific decoration instructions you may have for the party attendants and affix them to your items with strong tape please.  ​

• Friendly reminder: The party attendants do not have the ability to make change. All parties have two party attendants that host. If you choose to tip please bring individual tip amounts. In no way are you obligated to tip, once again this is just a reminder :)
